SHIH Uganda has done a lot of work to build the communities capacities, economically empower them, ignite self change and rehabilitation and prepared communities to initiate and sustain their own development.
All the years we have been in existence, we have been self funding all our activities we believe in starting with the little, and funding finds us on the way. Most projects are funded out of pocket, partnering with other organisations (resource sharing or equipment) and by establishing income generating projects through being skills trainers for funded skills trainings. We pride our selves to be the most effective, unique result oriented skills trainers, we are an income generating and charity NGO. If we can do all this without external funding so imagine what we can do and how many lives we can impact positively with enough funding
